Estate planning is not something we like to think about – but without a plan in place, our business and personal affairs may not be dealt with as we wish after we pass away.

Estate planning is more than just a will. While you are now alive and well, BSM will work with you, alongside your solicitor and financial planner, to set up an estate plan, which may include a will, a business succession plan, a testamentary trust, a superannuation plan and powers of attorney.
